Pickup is free. Delivery is arranged.
Requesters collect at your address for free. When transport is needed, we arrange delivery for ¥5,000–¥8,000 depending on item size.

Whether claimed or not — it's gone.
Unclaimed items before move-out day go to our recycler partner, not the kerb. No orphaned listings. No abandoned items.
